1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and customized/personalized items

  • Products marked as final sale

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and shipping information.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost after verifying the issue.
